“Janet is the best. She was always in communication with me and went above and beyond to make this experience seamleass and stress free. She helped me find an excellent rate on homeowners insurance, which was one less thing that I had to do! I really liked that she called me on the phone to explain the loan process throughly, making sure that I was well informed every step of the way rather than communiaing soley through email and text. The day of closing I really felt like I had family representing me. She went through all the paperwork with me and explained each page I signed.
